sudden lightheadedness

Posted by jfching @jfching, Nov 13, 2023

Hello all,

I am on a 14 hour intermittent fasting, and even when I ate, I ate sparingly, steering clear from most carbs that are not vegetables. Just this morning, my blood pressure was good and my heart rate was 130/75 normal for me. 89 -92, and I went to office. Suddenly, I while in a meeting I felt light headed. My head did not ache and I felt just a little dazed. I am unsure what this could be. I may just be ultra sensitive to notice any unusual feelings in a day.

Thank you all and have a great day!

I am glad to hear that your blood sugar is under control. That alone, is a scary situation to have to face. Proud of you to hear you reversed this with diet by yourself. It really takes a strong individual to just go in and tear down old unhealthy patterns like that. What an inspiration, you are. Can I ask what the benefit of the barley juice is?, please? I been doing some research on barley and as it turns out I found out the main helpful ingredient in it was outlawed by the FDA, some years back… does juice have the same benefits? Thanks so much, in advance
