Sudden gross hematuria

I was diagnosed with MPN JAK-2 last year. Polycythemia Vera and/or essential thrombocytopenia Initially needed 2 phlebotomy’s and 2 Gm/day Hydroxyurea. Labs tanked so slowly titrated up. Currently, 1 gm/ d even days, 500mg/d odd days. Keeping platelets in mid 500s, RBCs normal or close. Also taking 81mg aspirin/d
- Anastrozole 1mg Qd adjuvant breast CA 2013 & 2004
-colchicine .6 mg BiD for multiple inflammatory symptoms
Prednisone 5 mg/d
Mild urinary discomfort yesterday. Resolved with increased water intake. Then this evening had incontinence followed by gross hematuria.
I already have a UA requisitioned and other labs. Will get done tomorrow instead of waiting until Monday.
I have a FP, Rheum, and Onc/Hemo. Should I call one tonight? I’m afebrile

Thanks, went to ER. Probable uti. Will follow up doc this week.
