Stomachache

Hi.
Stomach pains the last couple day.
Today I feel a burning pain(?) around belly button area.
When I first started medicine had stomach pain after but just for short time.
Maybe constipated from all the pills?
I took Colace. Prefer metamucil or miralax but just can't handle so much water throughout the day.
Does anyone else have problems with constipation?
I've been taking pills at night along with a couple of saltines.
