Started my Actenol today.
My hips are good they are osteopenia, but my spine is serious osteoporosis, so I started my Actenol today. My walking everyday for two plus miles has helped my hips too bad we can't walk and help our spines.

Agree!! Interested if anyone has found spine strengthening exercises they should share. Plank, forearm plank and similar are good but are there others? I’m on a mission to do push-ups, too but that’s a challenge for sure.
