Staphylococcus haemolyticus lugdunensis,

I have received lab results for very painful back pain & 1 syst type nodule. Nodule Lab results:99.01% Staphylococcus, haemolyticus, lugdunensis, saprophyticus. When I searched MAYO, I was directed to infectious diseases. Anyone have any experience with any? Thank you
