Spots on my feet and lower leg

Hi @thurley and welcome to Connect. That must be so confusing having these spots randomly appear on your foot and then leg.
I wanted to introduce you to @gardeningjunkie as she has experience with undiagnosed skin conditions and may be able to help you figure out what it is.
How long ago did the spot appear? Was your skin exposed to anything out of the ordinary?
I don’t believe I was exposed to anything nor have I been sick. Could it be blood clots?
