Spinal injury and bladder retention

Had a spinal injury back in 1983...healed well...no significant problems till December when I developed bladder hesitancy and bladder retention.
Have been self cathing since December...had a cystocopy and showed no blockages.
Just wondering if anyone else has has something similar.
