Yes, I genuinely overall love my experience with the Boston Scientific device. I opted for this particular brand after thoroughly researching various options. My device was recommended due to its ability to be turned off during MRI procedures, which was a significant concern for me given my condition. I have complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) in my legs. While the device has brought a lot relief, I encounter occasional discomfort in my back, particularly when the battery runs low. To mitigate this, I charge the device every few days to eliminate this issue.

Initially, I was frustrated with the representative who was supposed to assist me; it felt like he was more interested in collecting his paycheck than in providing support. Fortunately, I eventually found an incredible representative named Erin in Charlotte, who has been a tremendous help since we connected.

I’ve been living with the implant since early 2022, and along the way, I’ve discovered that eliminating all sugar from my diet has greatly helped my overall health. Sugar causes inflammation. It’s important to note that doing so can lead to withdrawal symptoms. Try a small piece of candy once a day and gradually stop it. Still, I encourage you to try this for several months to experience the reduced effects of inflammation and overall wellness.

I have had my Boston Scientific stimulator for two months and have no relief at all. The scs I tried for trial helped me so much. Do you have any idea why the permanent one is not helping me at all?
I agree with you that the representatives do not help much.

I have had mine adjusted about 4 times now. Have you tried that yet? I also got a new rep since my original one was collecting his paycheck. He tried to stand me up for an appointment. Also made me drive from Ohio, while I was taking care of my father in hospice, to NC. That was when I asked for a new rep. Ernie is fantastic!

I had spinal cord stimulator implanted about 10 years ago. Three times. And it never worked. Mine was by Medtronics for uinary incontinence. Don’t know if that makes any difference. Hope you have better luck with yours.
