Spinal back fusion from S1 to L3

I had back surgery 6 months ago. One of the worst surgeries I've had out of 15. When i first got home and tried to lay in my bed, it felt like I was lying on a board. I then started sleeping in my recliner. Gradually, I moved to my bed and things have been better up until about a month ago. I've started going more intense PT and doing more of my household chores etc. Now, I feel like some of my post op pain is returning and also, my L2 now has spinal stenosis. I never really get away from the pain. Has anyone experienced this? I'm new to this blog. Thank you!
