Specific triggers for Long Covid Symtoms
Wondering if anyone has symptom triggers for specific symptoms of long covid besides stress/anxiety, which seem to mostly be mine. I seem to switch off every few days between singular symptoms of mostly CFS, light nausea, lightheadedness and a few random others. Anyone else have this type of rotation between various symptoms? Thank you.

I also notice some symptoms come in waves...I have done the elimination diet so I know COVID blessed me with allergies to gluten, dairy, sugar, cheese with mold like blue cheese and some ingredient in most gluten free bread. I used to get shortness of breath and a racing pulse on exertion every few days but that (knock on wood) appears to be gone after 5 long years. I am taking Naltrexone 4.5 mg per day and it has helped tremendously with the chronic inflammation ...so it is helping with the joint pain and allowing me an inch more energy.
