Sort of constipation - poop comes out in unformed blobs
I am 85 and take meds that create constipation. I take Miralax and fiber and water but have trouble emptying my colon. The poop is not formed but comes out in unformed blobs.

Some people can get constipated from drinking to much water. Yes plain water can make some people constipated. I have to drink fluids with glucose and sodium in them for my body to absorb. Fiber doesn't always help with constipation. Miralax can cause constipation if your body doesn't have enough fluids in it for Miralax to work. Miralax makes me constipated.
