Something behind my ear drum?
I have been feeling like my left ear has been clogged for a while, and recently started using some softening drops and a gentle irrigator, which DID help (It got some sizable gunk out)
But still occasionally it feels like something is clogging my ear, moving around sometimes even, the irrigator and drops weren't releasing anything new though.
So I bought an otoscope, just so I could take a look, and now I have some concerns. I see the sore on the side over there, that just seems to be tissue though not something that would move, but what caught my attention was that it looks like there is something BEHIND the ear drum... like a pale yellow "rock". could that be what I am feeling? What is that?
I have some images/video I recorded from the otoscope but I can't post the the link here because I am a new member.

@zrowe It sounds like something is going on, but we are patients like you, not medical professionals. This is among the most common reasons for visiting a primary care provider or urgent care. I think that is where you should go.
PS Seeing something like a sore in an uncomfortable ear indicates you might be doing a little too much digging around in your ear. My ENT would scold me!
Fair point. and yeah I'm going to make an appointment this week. as far as digging around in my ear, I haven't really been. I don't use q-tips or anything like that. This all started with some pain and feeling some occlusion when I escalated to carbinamide peroxide drops and an irrigation, only after something still felt off did I buy a scope, mostly just so I could get a quick look.
