So Disappointed

I was ecstatic when my insurance group said yes, Mayo would take me. I got all ready to get a really good opinion on my ear problems and loss of hearing. So then, after I filled out the appointment request, I was told there is no availability for an ENT at Mayo (Phoenix). Not now, but maybe in another 4 months. I just cannot wait that long.

@walkinggirl I know but I am waiting for my ear to get a little better. I still feel it's somewhat plugged, although the ENT saw nothing. I have read that sometimes ENT can't see the fluid in the ear completely, and i want to be sure I am ready to go forward. In the meantime, I can hear ok even with TV. Much better than it was a couple months ago.

@phxbarb I had an ENT visit because of what was thought to be a blocked tube. Results were that I was having referred pain. Once I addressed that my ear got better.
