Slow Tapering Effexor & Natural supplement help?
I've been micro slow tapering off effexor 37.5 for 2 yrs now, literally only removing 1 white ball every month or so. I am now down -21 balls but have some days where i am so dizzy/exhausted i can't stand up or must nap midday. I am also low estrogen & using HRT --and so i cannot tell if this crashing fatigue is from HRT, weird low blood sugar or the effexor taper? Has anyone else had dizziness/crashing fatigue/low blood sugar from reducing 1 ball from effexor at this slow pace?
2. Has anyone else found a supplement they can add in or increase as you drop balls to balance seretonin? Im on kitchen sink of supplements--Same, cbd, l-tyrosine, 5 HTP, all scribed by functional med docs--but taking so much not sure what is doing what anymore--but dont want to pull anything out when im tapering (and dealing with continued recovering from C-ptsd)
