Has anyone ever heard of skin juice?

Has anyone ever heard of skin juice? My friend has been dealing with some type of oil or as the dermatologist told her, skin juice. I have never heard of such a thing before. She has been dealing with this issue for years. She swears that there is dried skin under her scalp and it has to be softened before it will come out. Sometimes she told me, her skin will split and this stuff just comes out on its own. She says it happens all over her body. I know that she suffers from PTSD from being in a horrible marriage with a nutcase. One of her dermatologist told her that she should see a psychiatrist, and she was highly insulted. She did go to counseling for a year. She will put cream on her face and then using a sharp tool, she pushes it against her skin and says that the white stuff comes out. I watched her do it one time, but the only thing I saw coming off was the cream that she had just put on. She does not rub it in. No one has come with a solution to her problem. Maybe she does need some mental help, because she truly believes that there is something under her skin that causes her severe headaches and makes her suicidal. She says "No one will believe me." I have known this friend since we were in second grade. I just go along with her because I don't know what else to do. She has had a biopsy of her scalp and they found nothing. She has seen 5 different dermatologists and they don't know what to do. they have treated her for psorias, excema, etc. I tried talking her into going to cleveland clinic, but to no avail. So, I decided that I would ask on here. Has anyone on here ever had a skin problem like this? She is really obsessed with this. I do wonder if it is a mental problem that was brought on by her abusive marriage. but how do you tell a friend that you think she should see a psychiatrist, when maybe is is really something medical. I don't know but I sure wish I could help her. Any thoughts would be very appreciated. Thank you.
