Sjogren’s and MGUS

I have had Sjogren’s for years and was recently diagnosed with MGUS. My IgM is high. I understand that 22% of Sjogren’s patients develop MGUS. Does anyone else suffer from both?

I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s over 15 years ago. Two and a half years ago I was diagnosed with smoldering Multiple Myeloma. As we know MGUS is a precursor to myeloma meaning I had MGUS but wasn’t diagnosed. I definitely believe there is a correlation between Sjogrens and myeloma disease.

My sleep apnea, Sjogren's and WM all happened at the same time. I truly think there is a correlation there.

Ophthalmologist says it's not Sjrogrens, but chronic eye irritation. Not blepharitis either. Tried hot soak, ice pack, otc drops, Rx drops. Some relief. Not allergies.
Some say castor oil? Plug tear ducts? Any solution(s) work for you? Thanks.
