What experience has anyone had with the Signatera blood test?

What experience has anyone had with the Signatera blood test. My results have been 0.13, 0.15, and now 0.17.

I now have neck and arm cramps and discomfort. And the leg cramps are back.
My signatera is still pending. I called Natera twice yesterday. 1: should be done today, call back at 2PM. 2: I called back and the lady said the previous coordinator was completely wrong. Quite frustrating as the last 3 samples were processed in five days. This sample arrived 2025-10-25. Seven days ago.

Also had skin flaking off my arm, more itching (intermittent) and many white spots.

In summary: I am a wreck currently. I tried driving to pick up a new car in GA today and after 1.45H I turned around. It is just too difficult.

Sample made it to Natera already. Welcome change. Leg cramps 95% gone and less fatigue. The potassium IV made a big difference.

Another signatera draw today. Turns out I now have slight hypokalemia (low potassium). Another IRAE. I lost count how many I have (had) at this point. It clinically explains the leg aches and occasional light headedness. Eosinophilia is over for now: it dropped to 0.38.

Thanks! Pembro only works great for some.

It is consolidation therapy.

Today I have very noticeable nausea and fatigue. Eating golden oreos does not agree with me anymore for some reason.

Very exciting: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-025-09655-y.

Interesting and encouraging update on Checkmate 274 (adjuvant nivo) with a retrospective on signatera.

This week was interesting. My leg aches are less severe but still make it difficult to move around. Especially getting up and down when seated or climbing stairs. My hands and arms now have countless little white spots. The itch is still there but very slight. My hematologist recommends iron IV 3 but I am hesitant as I have concurrent IRAEs and had a deposit in May. He told me that is normal. But based on medical research it may be detrimental to ICI.

@jaxfl Thanks for sharing! My favorite medical oncologist is involved in this study :-). Very sorry to hear about your leg aches. Sides effects are too much sometimes! I started to have mild ones along with some numbness in fingers and toes but had attributed the new aches to a flu shot reaction. On a more positive note, my Pet scan was good and Dr has given me a temporary rest from treatment due to fatigue complete loss of appetite, continued weight loss and new neuropathy. We’ll discuss the new plan in 2 weeks (reduced dosage of padcev and keytruda or keytruda only)
Hang in there!

Yesterday I worked from home because my fatigue made it impossible for me to drive. Today was better but this evening I am nauseous.

@jaxfl I'm so sorry to hear that. For what it's worth, my Jeff feels like he must have kicked the coffee table with his left shin. He says the pain is so deep - like a bone bruise. Hang tough and know we're rooting for you.

@eustacia55 Tell Jeff I sympathize. The leg aches have subsided fortunately but today I have trouble staying awake.
