What type of SIBO or IMO from missing valve due to colon resection surgery? I’m interested in learning Herbal Treatment for that particular condition

Just venting here & getting thoughts out of my head
GI medical training/school needs serious revamping to include diet, nutrition, proven prescription medications that may be needed & maybe even physical examine & therapy
Women lose female anatomy, given replacement hormones, pelvic floor, therapy etc
Heart disease- provided a heart diet, PT etc
Lose a limb - provided a prosthetic wheelchair or crutches .
I could go on & on - GI needs to include & know - what proven medicine may be needed, what diagnosis patients are left with, diet & nutrition included
But point being, remove part of digestion anatomy/system with the “let’s see” and random guess work of only doling out random RX med to see if “any stick” - not working!
