should I worry about a rare growth bacillus cereus

I just found out a have a rare growth bacillus cereus. I been pooping 💩💩💩out green and yellow poop Bad tummy pain nausea and throwing migraine and might back pain too.for about six week now .what did you do what med did the doctor get you did you stay in the hospital to get treatment to get rid of it .I'm 🙈 my my doctor I'm my early morning to day becomes thay could not get my in to day.i hand chills and I'm Neutropenic too .
