Should I take my UTI medication?

About two nights ago I was experiencing several UTI symptoms (I have never had one before) so I immediately got on a virtual MinuteClinic appointment and was prescribed antibiotics. I picked them up yesterday, but my symptoms were very mild. However, I still took one pill. But now it is the next day and I don't have any symptoms at all. So, I'm wondering if I should still finish the antibiotics or not. I know with UTIs especially, it is recommended to finish them even if symptoms disappear. But I only took one. Also, I am not even fully confident I had a UTI in the first place since I only felt symptoms for about a day or two. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
