Should I be concerned if my protein random urine w/o creatinine is 1+?

I have one kidney and a urostomy due to two separate cancers. My urine has been smelly and bubbly. I had urine test Friday and it showed both the hemoglobin, urine and protein iron with 1+ abnormal, ph 8(up 1), and POCT Specific gravity 1.004 (down from 1.005 in Dec

Your question seems like it might be best answered by a medical professional however. Is this a recent development that your urine is smelly and bubbly and led to your taking a urine test? Have you spoken with an ostomy nurse about the results?
