Shoes to wear if you have had a Ankle Fusion Triple Arthrodesis

Do anybody know what is a good shoe to wear if you have had a ankle Fusion and a triple arthrodesis on the same foot. Ankle Fusion done in 1984 and Triple Arthrodesis 2002. My pain get worse ever year. I am 71 years old and now I can't stand or walk for over twenty minutes. Any ideas?
