Sharp nipple pain

I have been experiencing sharp, burning nipple paid about 3 times a day. I am 63 years old. The first time was after taking off my underwire bra and things…well…dropped and the nipple pain almost took me down! It subsided after about 30 second with me holding things up. Any thoughts or ladies that have shared these symptoms? Thanks!
