Sex enhancers
Has anyone ever tried a ring to help with staying erect? Also has anyone ever tried a prostate massage technique?

Yes
Yes, I've tried the vacuum erection device, and it does work to gorge the penis with blood. But for me it was very uncomfortable and took away any libido sensation in my penis, so it wouldn't work with trying it for intercourse. Maybe if you were extremely horny you could get through the discomfort and enjoy sex anyway.
Try it a few more or several more times. That feeling of discomfort (perhaps from a ring you’re using) will start to go away as you adapt; you’ll just get used to it, and your libido will help you forget about this minor annoyance.
The rings work, but it takes a little experimentation and practice. Get the size right, be careful to avoid getting part of your scrotum pinched and don’t worry if you have to stop, take a break and start over. Getting an erection and keeping it are two different things. If you have trouble keeping an erection, you might find a ring helps, perhaps together with a 20 mg Cialis (or equivalent, minimum an hour or so before activity). Be patient with yourself and open with your partner; it helps.
I prefer the rubber cockrings. You can always stretch it to get it off. If you get a metal one, and your dick gets too engorged, you sometimes can't get it off while engorged and that can hurt. Also there are leather snap ones with three snaps. So you can always get that off easy.
My huge problem is that I have lost all of my libido, and that is no exaggeration. Maybe if I were to look at some porn, it would raise some libido, but not enough to lead then to a sustained erection. I went to an endocrinologist for testosterone propionate injections (getting Free-T into range) that I give my self each week. The side effect there is that it raises estrogen levels , so I need to take a medication (aromatase inhibitors/estrogen blockers, they call them) weekly that keeps the estrogen level on my blood to a normal level. Despite good levels within range for me as for now for both free-T and estradiol, I still have no libido. I had some infrequent occasions of libido last fall when I first started taking these meds, making me very hopeful, but the effect didn't last more than a couple of months. Now libido has disappeared altogether. Without libido, the vacuum suction option doesn't work for me. Thank you for your response, I appreciate it!
Thanks I will keep that in mind.
