Agreed. Gatorade gets rid of this for me. Electrolyte powders probably work too.

I have that occasionally. I think it is related to the neuropathy, but also to a buildup of the chemo toxins in the feet & lower legs. It mostly happens at night. I have found that Hempvana for nerve relief does help using it on my feet & lower legs. Also, sometimes taking a Flexeril will calm the spasms. Pain meds might help, but not usually. I try using a massager on the feet & lower legs. I am not sure if taking Magnesium in the evening helps but I am inclined to think that since starting it, the cramping is not so pronounced.
