@penn How was your pain pump implanted? I ask due to my pain management doc implanted mine as an outpatient went home the same day and had severe pain ? Did you stay in the hospital for a day or more?

surgery. Exercise. An MFR therapist. Moving. (weather related). Cortisone injections. Read through the forum there are years of what helps people!
