Reverse shoulder replacement: Set back with pain: Disheartened

i had a reverse shoulder replacement 31/2 weeks ago, all was really fine and improving! the last 2 days so much pain, hardly any sleep...what have i done wrong! Had put pain medication behind me but NEED it now! Feeling a bit dishardened with myself 🙁

Yes I have let the surgeon know about the nerve pain. He ordered steroids which helped some, but not enough. I am getting worse pain now, but he's been out of the country this week. Had blood work done today, to check for infection.

No infection according to lab work (don't know if I believe lab work), but saw surgeon yesterday. Checked x-rays again. Checked symptoms and has ordered an EMG for nerve damage. Hopefully will find a treatment plan.
