Self lymph drainage massage

Has anyone tried self lymph massage to relieve or reduce pain,h’aches,etc?

Hi @akalsas, I've never tried self lymph massage for headaches but have used it to help with the lymphedema in my legs in addition to wearing compression socks. I did see some information on how to do self-lymphatic massage that may be worth trying for headaches and pain while you wait for other members with experience to respond.

Thanks for this info. I have had cranial massages in past for sinus inflamation and occassional headaches. I asked the therapist about his technique and reply was Change the subject. This document spells it out in detail.
