Seizures on Lamictal 😌

Update.. my nonverbal autistic epileptic daughter was titrating on Lamictal, at 150 xr, level 2.2,very low but had a 9 minute seizure comi g off het Paratransit bus at day program, United Cerebral Palsy.. 911 called, but another seizure on route tp trauma center, her gcs( coma scale) 6 upin arrival.. post ictal after Versed in ambulance.. came around gradually, ct head was normal and immediately upped Lamictal to 200 and now titrating to 300 with 25 added weekly.. she is just doing okay but a big concern was prolonged seizures
Anyone had similar? She is 48, has another g. i. issue, colon has enlarged, was hospitalized for 4 days in march probably due to Zonisamide, which shes off
But this Lamictal covers tonic clonic? Very worried about brain damage too
