Seeking experienced help in hopes of finding my correct diagnosis.

Thanks in advance for any advice or direction and you may put me through. I have posted in THR as well as lumbar disc issues the pain clinic I go to Have bounced back-and-forth from my problem being my back to my SI joint to my hip yet all the while my condition is deteriorating. I come from several years in the medical profession and find it hard to accept the fact, patients are often left hanging in the wind. About five years ago, I fell flat on my bottom when a great Dane playfully knocked me down, approximately two weeks after that, I noticed, carrying a load of laundry in my arms was becoming difficult and felt like I was caring a cylinder block. As time went on that became worse so I had to adjust the way I handled daily activities also I began to lean forward while walking. X-rays and MRI showed no signs of injury. However, I did have tenderness in my inner groin and thigh area & my right hip So I received Bursa injections for relief, but they soon wore off. I’ve had several MRIs and x-rays on 5/17/2018 I received the mild treatment that gave me relief. I could walk upright and straight, and that lasted a little over a year then things started going in the same direction. I’ve been told by the pain doctor, my MRI’s since then show no stenosis, but the issues I am experiencing are the same but much worse. On 1/31/2019 I had to Superions one place at L3, L4, and one at L4 L5. I’ve seen no improvement as to their purpose at all I was sent to a hip specialist And was told I had bone on bone and that was likely causing the tenderness in the inter groin and thigh area I received a second opinion from another hip specialist, who agreed with the first one so on 4/17/2019 I received a TRH There has been no improvement as far as the groin anterior and lateral thigh are concerned. I’m not sure if there is another condition that my pain is mimicking, Or where to go from here. I just know I need to find the answer and I don’t think it’s my SI joint but if anyone can help me to understand it could be I would appreciate it and if there is a hip or pelvis issue that could create the same complaints I have I would love to know that as well.
Until three years ago, I was very active still practicing nursing at a local hospital and two other part-time jobs as well being idle is just not for me. I was in a severe auto wreck when I was 13, but was not taken to a hospital or physician, because there was no signs of injury, then at age 15,I spent nine days in the hospital Where PT applied hot moist sandbags while I was in traction because I had pulled The tendons in my right thigh. I’m only mentioning the last two because they are related to my hip and pelvis. If anyone needs more answers, I will gladly give. I’m just looking for a pathway to the right physician or surgeon who can accurately diagnose & treat me. Thank you again for any advice you may have.

@mom2five I read your other discussions. if your pelvis goes out of alignment, it can create a situation where a leg seems too long or pain radiates from the groin. I had answered you last year with some information that may be relevant. https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/725195/

Has a physical terapist evaluated this?

Jennifer, thank you for your reply and with the helpful information you sent last year that for some reason I can’t locate it and don’t remember receiving this information, so I am so thankful that you reached out again, and I am seriously going to locate a good PT in my area. I have been to three in the past but didn’t seem to want to work on just my affected area. I will report back in once I’ve had some positive results.
