Seeking diagnosis
I'm currently diagnosed with PN and lichens sclerosus. Although through the years ive come up with many ANA positives some with high titers, I have no other diagnosis for my chronic inflammation. My RA test was negative, the only other thing that was flagged was an elevated DSDNA. So was tested for Lupus but my Complements were normal. It's been around 5 years since I last saw a Rheumatologist and am seeing a new doctor soon. I have pictures of flares and want any advice on going at this again as it is disheartening. Thanks!

It would be good to see your rheumatologist asap. You need to check your kidney function and the cause for chronic inflammation. Your test results show the potential for lupus and need to calm your immune system.

It may also be good to see a nutritionist to see what you could do to reduce inflammation and support your immune system through diet and supplements.

Thanks for your reply, my kidney function has been monitored and I've never had any problems. I do follow a diet for inflammation. Thank you for the info I'll look at it!
Also my dsdna was only mildly elevated. After the Compliments were negative and no kidney problems lupus was ruled out. But I think it is something else just not sure. No one has pinpointed anything. But I'm hoping this appointment will maybe shed some more answers because of time and increased symptoms.
