@damian78 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Having undesired lumps and bumps on our skin can really intrude on our daily routine! While the information I have read seems to indicate they are not something you need to take care of right away, they sure can be annoying.
Here is an article about sebaceous cysts that may answer your concerns: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/312361#home-remedies
What have you tried on your own at this point?
Ginger
One approach in mature men is to use some of the same treatments as
teen acne. A mild acne cleanser with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide
available OTC is a good start. A mild retinoic acid applied at night can show results after several months. You may need to visit a dermatologist at intervals
to have them lanced and the sebum sacs squeezed out before they get large.
Shaving instructions may be necessary in the beard area if they result after
ingrown hairs.
