Salmon calcitonin

Has anyone used the nasal spray salmon calcitonin? I’ve had 3 Prolia shots (severe osteoporosis and have had several broken bones including a vertebral fracture from a fall). I’ve had no real side effects of the Prolia but am concerned about the possible long term effects.
