Right femoral neck 2.6

My Doctor told me my one osteoporosis score of 2.6 right femoral artery at age 72 is not that bad. I have started no medication’s. Is that score reasonable at my age

That is quite a broad generalization. My understanding is that possible benefits from hormone replacement are very individual and depend on many factors
A treatment plan can be developed with one's provider and benefits can be discussed at that time.

@gravity3 if you lost bone due to menopause, then replace what you lost. Most of the people here lost bone from other illnesses.
