Right ear pain

7 days with R ear pain, decreased hearing and tinnitus. Original diagnosis of otitis media, originally started on Augmentin, but after ENT consult was started on ciprofloxacin Both oral and liquid in the ear. Also started on prednisone drops. any other recommendations?
