Hi @priyanshu, an adrenal myelolipoma is a benign (noncancerous) tumor of the adrenal gland, mostly composed of fat and bone marrow elements. Some myelolipomas may not need any treatment at all. In that case, the doctor will monitor the tumor. Sometimes, a physician may want to do more than monitor any large adrenal myelolipoma that is causing pain, nausea or pressure in your abdomen or if monitoring shows it is growing quickly.

Priyanshu, has your doctor suggested that you have surgery?
