Rib and muscle pain years after radiation treatment why

Decided to try sit stand yoga but noticed getting catches that took my breath away with twists and bends over time.
Hoping it is just from radiation treatment and not anything else.

I had tattoos that they ligned me up with. Holding hands over head in special form designed for me.

I think I will call the radiation Dr and ask if it's a late side effect.

I declined tattoos and they used stickers with no issues- they worked just fine. IMO stickers really should be standard of care. I also used Mepitel film diring treatment to protect skin and had zero skin issues- IMO mepitel film should also be standard of care.

I'm glad you mentioned stickers. They worked just fine for me as well. I was nervous about declining the tattoos (not for me either personally or culturally) and worried I'd be pressured. But it was a non-issue. And I'm glad to not have those reminders on my skin.
