Rheumatoid arthritis?
I have had joint pain in my wrists and ankles for a while, occasionally it feels like hot on my joints, bruising, bleeding, extreme fatigue. I had a low C1Q test and hydronephrosis. I read something about RA can cause hydronephrosis. Is it a possibility I have RA?

It would be good to see a rheumatologist and test for RA or Reactive Arthritis (RA); autoimmune arthritis (I had RA) is associated with fatigue, heat and swelling in joints, and other symptoms. Urine and blood tests can indicate if you have these conditions, or more tests are needed.
Okay thank you. Did you by chance have any inflammation of your intestines or white blood cells in pee with no infection?
A consultation with a rheumatologist is appropriate. You may have an autoimmune syndrome that needs
diagnosis. They will look for causes related to your complement system
such as arthritis or vasculitis.
Sadly I can’t get in anywhere until next year
That is just not acceptable. Would you consider going to Mayo? They are the best of the best!
Mayo is a bit far for me. Maybe in the future but they were sending my blood work to Mayo
@bhoudeshell There don’t seem to be enough doctors these days, thanks to Covid. Many doctors left the profession due to overwhelming fatigue, frustration, and burnout. But that doesn’t help the fact that you have to wait until 2025! Have you tried university hospitals or comprehensive medical centers in your state? Try calling one and just state your case and ask if they have a rheumatology center. My husband did that when I was so sick. He was getting angry because I wasn’t getting any help. Finally, when I was very sick, the university hospital had him bring me down. And I’ve had great doctors ever since!
You can also click on this link and see if any of these hospitals are near enough to you.
