If you are a vet, that's what Congress folks are for. I had to do it for my father-in-law, and for mt mother's second husband. Got results both times within the day.
Are you calling your Dr or his nurse, or the scanning folks? If the scan folks, call the doctor (not the receptionists).)
If the facility is actually that poor at "catching up", I would be very concerned about the quality of their work.

@gangcarotid1 I've rang my lung specialist office and also mentioned it to my own doctor she said its upto the hospital to get in touch wit me she can't do anything if there is a delay in ct scans

@gangcarotid1 wow so sorry to hear that ❤️ I had surgery in December last year had to have to lobes of right lung removed for carcinoid I was meant to have a checkup/scan at 6 months been 8 months now and still no checkup..

@jessie1990 I just changed Dr.s because my lung nets are showing some growth and I felt like I had no guidance except getting a chest scan yearly. Just had new Broncoscopy with biopsy because several have grown more than usual and I will find out recommendations today for treatment from new Dr.
Please call them and see why you are not being scheduled!
I have dropped the ball on several health issues I should have never let go in the past and now it seems I am lucky if I ever get past the AI bot answering the phone.
