Remedies for gas bloating and silent gerd?

Hi I have multiple digestive issues. INS ULCERS BARRETTS ESOPHAGUS COLON OLYPS DIVRTICULOSIS HEMOROIDS CONSTIPATION. My constipation gas and bloating never goes away for very long. Anyone have any remedies to share woul be appreciated. Thankyou.
