Hi @felicia2, I'm not sure there are any direct connections between PMR and COVID although members have reported having a PMR flare up caused by a COVID infection and/or the vaccine. That's just my non medical opinion. My PMR has been in remission since 2018 and since then I've had 2 Pfizer COVID vaccines and one booster and also caught COVID which fortunately was mild. My PMR did not flare after having COVID so for me there was no connection.

I think the treatment for PMR would be the same regardless of how it started.
Has your doctor suggested or started a treatment? What is PAMF Arthritis?

Glad to hear you have a good health care team. Neuropathy treatment depends a lot on symptoms. If you have pain, there are treatments for pain. If you have numbness, as far as I know there are no medications or drugs that can be used as a treatment. The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy has a lot of good information on living well with neuropathy including treatments here: https://www.foundationforpn.org/living-well/.
