is he still being denied treatment? Or are you asking why the doctors refused him as a patient in the past?

In the ED. The original hematology office refused treatment and referred us to a nearby town for treatment. Then the 2nd office did the same because of his skin condition. Now he is back in the hospital for being non compliment with his anxiety meds and they found him anemic again. He can’t have visitors, and his PC has refused him his upcoming office visit, which was scheduled for a previous Hospital stay. I feel he needs regular blood work to keep track of his iron. All tests for internal bleeding have been negative and I think he is being discriminate against.

I don't know where you are located, but in many places, individual doctors have the right to refuse to see patients in office for a wide variety of reasons. A skin condition which may be contagious to staff and other patients is among them.

When you say he is hospitalized for medication non-compliance, I sense there may be a complicated history here. This complicates the situation even more.

Why is he not permitted visitors? Is his skin condition being treated while he is in hospital? Can you get his permission to speak with the hospital social worker and make a plan for followup care?

There seems to be pieces of the story missing. It is difficult to comment without knowing all the facts.
