Does anyone use a Red Light Therapy device for relief of symptoms from Dupuytren's Contracture? If so what device do you use and what else do you recommend for relief?

All I know about red light therapy is that it helped an acquaintance with his back pain. His mother used the same unit for her back with no improvement.
My questions to you are
1. Are your contracture painful?
2. Are all fingers involved?
3. do they contract to the point where the fingernails go into the palm of your hand/s?
