Recurring osteomyelitis

After 3+ yrs & 7 surgeries for a non-healing heel wound that has resulted in osteomyelitis,
3 picc lines & months of antibiotics… Does anyone have any info to pass along?
I pray that I won’t have to amputate! Need something that offers a new method…

😱💥😱 that sounds horribly horrendous!!! What started this slide into hell? What creepy fungus or bacteria set up camp in your body.... and it doesn't even pay rent 🤪🤪
I'm at a loss for words of sympathy and support. BUT... I bet I have some 4 letter words, for your doctors, but I will just say 🫂🫂 for you and 🤬‼️👿🤯🤬 to your doctors.
Are you able to get seen at one of the BIG clinics or campus clinics, May clinic, all the UC's in CA?
When I can't find my words, I use the emojis. I wish you all the best in getting back to being you. I would wish you luck, but another member and I came to the thought that no luck is better than bad luck. ShelleyW
