@gloriaevelia the problem with HBP is the damage that it does to your blood vessels and kidneys with this ailment. Not all anti hypertension meds cause erection issues in men but all hypertension causes the damage I noted. It is for this reason I recommend for you to be cautious. Certainly if you can control your BP with diet and exercise more power to you. But track your BP and learn how to take it properly so you get true readings. Automated BP cuffs are fine but get one for the arm not the wrist or finger.
