Did you have a serious reaction to Opdivo (nivolumab)?

Have had serious reactions during the last two opdivo infusions. Nurses administered antidote, which alleviated symptoms. After a about 1/2 hour, they continued with the infusion, and all went well.

Any comments?

What kind of reaction, and what kind of antidote? My dad was on opdivo + yervoy for 7 or 8 infusions for mesothelioma. No immediate reactions (in the infusion chair), but increasing fatigue as treatment went on.
