RARP shows 2 positive margins

RARH done 3/13 & 0.5 mm margins noted at right bladder base & neck Gleason 3/4-7 21-30% (4) multi focal, LN, SV & cribiform negative. I think I will send information to Mayo Clinic Jax. Any advice
