Question for OBGYN about Non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) tests

I am wondering about the current format of NIPT tests. I had the impression that in the past they gave a positive or negative result but there was controversy over a high rate of false positives. Have some or all NIPT tests now been reformatted to give a percent likelihood of a condition by factoring in the false positives? For example do some/all tests now say you have a 60% chance of trisomy 21 and recommend a diagnostic test or do some/all still simply say your test is positive for trisomy 21?
