PV and Prostate Cancer..

This is for the guys who have PV and were/are "lucky" enough to have prostate cancer as well.. I was diagnosed with PV in spring of 2021... Taking 8500 mg a week of HU since then and monthly blood draws (HCT and HGB levels) have been good.. So far I have not experienced any side effects from the HU... I am very active and feel really good ... Recently I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and am borderline intermediate favorable/unfavorable.. Treatment comes down to surgery or radiation.. I am NOT going the surgery route ... My main concern is what impact radiation treatments could have on my PV.. I have researched and just cannot find any information on this question.. I have already asked my PV oncologist who couldn't give an answer... Anyone out there who has been thru this and can give some input??
