Am I allowed to bring my purse or bag to Mayo Clinic appointment?

Welcome @mrshowie10, My wife always takes her purse with her when she has an appointment at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester or our local Mayo Family Clinic. There may be procedures where you can't take the purse with you during the appointment but they normally provide a small locker to put your clothes or valuables during the procedure, or a bag to put them in for a family member to hold while you are having the procedure.
